Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of business development/relationship management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask.
• Proficient interpersonal, presentation, communication, and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Researches and manages relationships with agency sites for student field experiences and for program evaluation.
• Oversees clinical affiliation agreements and contract signatures with partner sites.
• Manages relationships with existing agency partners to ensure student and site satisfaction.
• Serves as first point of contact for faculty, students and partners regarding field experiences.
• Coordinates events and maintains partnerships to ensure inventory and collaboration.
• Keeps knowledge of Chamberlain curricular programs and articulates to stakeholders.
• Participates in academic planning and scheduling for students by monitoring inventory.
• Completes data entry and reports inventory and compliance in systems.
