Job summary

Tactiq is seeking a Field Execution Manager to support retail and vendor partners in the Northeast United States. This role involves extensive travel, site visits, and space planning to ensure compliant planograms and successful executions.

You will analyze distributor performance data, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with retailers and distributors to drive sales and efficiency. Travel to multiple markets is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of distribution industry experience.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with MicroStrategy (preferred).
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relations with a major retail partner and assist in retailer category management.
• Serve as liaison between retailer and distributor networks to improve vendor execution and profitability.
• Coordinate and communicate planned promotions, store resets, and other retailer-led initiatives.
• Interface between Tactiq, retailer, and distributor networks to develop and enhance business and revenue sources.
