Energy Trust of Oregon is seeking an Event Coordinator (Contractor) to support presence at trade shows, conferences and community events across Oregon. You will manage day-to-day event logistics, coordinate with marketing and field teams, and act as the main contact for organizers and vendors.

The role reports to the Marketing Lead - Energy Programs and may require up to 20% travel. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality/event management, business administration, public relations or related field.
• 2 years of professional experience, internships or student leadership preferred.
• Experience with event logistics and vendor coordination is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day event logistics for external events and Energy Trust-hosted workshops.
• Serve as main point of contact for event organizers and vendors.
• Track event requests, approvals, deadlines and budgets in project tools.
• Assist with booth layouts, materials, signage and lead capture protocols.
• Support post-event wrap-up, evaluations and data sharing with teams.
• Help with travel, vendor invoices, PO requests and expense records.
