Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning Operations is seeking an Estimate Writer to travel Monmouth and Ocean counties, visiting local businesses to write bids for commercial window cleaning jobs on-site.

No prior experience is required—we’ll train you in our proven system and you’ll be paid with a mix of per-estimate pay and commissions. The schedule runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with part-time or full-time options, and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Friendly, professional attitude with ability to initiate conversations.
• Self-motivated, disciplined work ethic, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses to provide on-site estimates.
• Write estimates using mobile software.
• Return to office daily for follow-up and close jobs.
• Work independently, manage your daily route, and own your results.
