Fish Window Cleaning of Alabaster in the Birmingham metro area is hiring an Estimate Writer for full-time or part-time work. No experience needed; we provide full paid training and all equipment.

You will generate new commercial estimates, build relationships with local businesses and homeowners, and hit sales goals. The schedule is Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4 PM, with pay $14–$20+ per hour plus commissions; company vehicle access and uniforms are provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive outreach and in-person prospecting to generate new commercial estimates
• Follow up with key contacts and warm leads to build lasting relationships
• Hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Bring strong communication skills to every phone call and face-to-face conversation
• Stay organized and follow through on every lead
