Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning is seeking an Estimate Writer to provide professional window cleaning estimates for prospects in the Hampton, Newport News and surrounding counties. This part-time role offers paid training, weekly pay, and a path to a full-time sales position while supporting a flexible schedule.

You will learn the ins and outs of cold call selling and estimate writing under a mentor, with goals set to drive activity and revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong self-motivation and reliability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have a working mobile smartphone.
• Valid driver’s license, valid car insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Territory includes Hampton, Newport News, York County, Poquoson, James City County, Williamsburg (no residential).
• Aim for at least 20 estimates per day.
• Learn cold call selling and estimate writing.
• Set and achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Learn and apply sales techniques.

Estimate Writer Duties and Responsibilities

• Territory will include: Hampton, Newport News, York County, Poquoson, James City County, Williamsburg (no residential)
• Goal of at least 20 estimates a day

Compensation: $3 per valid estimate submitted (average weekly pay is $300 for 2-3 hours of estimating a day)
