ODRA is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to own and grow sales across the North USA. This field‑driven role requires independence, travel, and live equipment demos.

You will guide customers through product selection, demonstrate performance, and close deals that build lasting partnerships and measurable value. A multi‑state territory and strong procurement experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in municipal, industrial, or related sectors.
• Ability to manage a multi‑state territory and run live demos.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with new and existing customers across your territory.
• Conduct in‑person meetings, equipment walkarounds, and on‑site demonstrations.
• Lead customers through the full sales cycle including proposals and pricing.
• Coordinate bids, tenders, and public procurement opportunities.
• Maintain a clean sales pipeline and diligent follow‑ups in CRM.
• Provide post‑sale support and coordinate service as needed.
• Stay informed on product updates and competitive landscape.
