Job summary

Wyoming Machinery Company is seeking a Rental Sales Representative to manage the full cycle of rental and sales transactions, from planning through delivery and pickup. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships across the Wyoming Rents territory and communicating opportunities to the Rental Store Manager.

You will quote, close, and document rental and sales deals, travel to client sites to assess needs, and assist with lien-related data.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of machine operation, application, selection, acquisition, maintenance, repair and disposal.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Business math proficiency and basic PC skills.
• Basic public speaking and selling skills for territory management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate rental or sales transactions from delivery to pick up.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers in the Wyoming Rents territory.
• Communicate customer information, leads and opportunities to the Rental Store Manager.
• Quote and close sales and rental transactions; complete required documentation.
• Travel to customer locations to check equipment and assess needs.
• Gather data to support Right to Lien filings on new projects.
• Represent the company at community events when needed.
