UniFide CST is seeking an Equipment Installation Project Manager who thrives in the field, leads multi-trade teams, and delivers installations safely and on time. You’ll own projects from planning through final commissioning at customer sites, coordinating customers, subcontractors, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, problem solving in real time, and a focus on quality, profitability, and excellent customer experience across industrial weighing

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in construction, industrial, or equipment installation project management.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multi-trade job sites.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, sequencing, and cost control.
• The ability to run projects in the field, not just coordinate from a desk.
• Strong organization and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from planning through final commissioning at customer sites.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, technicians, vendors, and internal/external teams.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and on time while protecting margins.
