• Shape the Work: Participate in proposal reviews to define project scope, risks, and strategy.
• Plan for Success: Develop cost estimates, schedules, and execution plans for installation and reassembly.
• Make It Happen: Coordinate the delivery of equipment and materials from our facility to customer sites.
• Lead Safely: Champion safety‑first practices and ensure compliance across all activities.
• Be the Expert: Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Lead the Team: Manage on‑site project teams and oversee day‑to‑day execution.

• Collaborate On‑Site: Partner closely with site Construction Management team and manage relationships and coordination with onsite contractor teams.
• Drive Transparency: Keep stakeholders informed with clear progress updates and reporting.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 710 years of experience in engineering, construction, or manufacturing environments
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD P&ID drawings
• Excellent communication skillscomfortable leading discussions with diverse teams and customers
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed

Bonus Points

• Strong scheduling expertise using Microsoft Project
• Experience with Continuous Improvement (CI)

Location & Travel

• Travel: Take on a dynamic, travel‑intensive role (75%+ domestic and international), including extended on‑site assignments that put you at the center of the work and accelerate your experience and exposure.
