Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 10+ years environmental compliance experience in oil and gas.
• 2+ years supervising professional environmental personnel.
• Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations applicable to oil and gas operations.
• Experience preparing regulatory reports at Title V operating facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental management systems at facilities to ensure compliance with air, water, and waste regulations.
• Stay informed of environmental matters within the region and prioritize them effectively.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the environmental team with timely feedback.
• Partner with Operations to ensure facilities are inspection ready.
• Oversee preparation of environmental reports to government agencies (NSPS, MACT, Title V).
