Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Environmental Geologist for our Niceville, FL office to support the Environmental business line on Federal projects. The role involves field sampling, data interpretation, and collaboration with project managers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Geology degree with 4+ years of experience, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the United States. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
• U.S. citizenship is required due to federal project work

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply environmental solutions for Federal projects across multiple disciplines.
• Prepare technical work plans and reports to regulatory standards.
• Coordinate field sampling of soil, groundwater, and surface water; manage data and documentation.
