Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Earth Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Occupational or Industrial Hygiene, Safety, or related field.
• Minimum three years of environmental compliance experience, preferably across multiple locations and field operations.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state environmental requirements (hazardous waste/materials, stormwater, air emissions, inspections, closures).
• Ability to translate regulations into practical procedures for field/maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate environmental risks of new product offerings and identify regulatory requirements across states.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and improve environmental compliance programs and procedures across locations.
• Visit field/customer sites to audit compliance, provide guidance, and support inspections by regulators.
• Collaborate with operations, vendors, consultants, and regulators to address complex challenges.
• Research and communicate multi-state environmental requirements; maintain records and report program performance.
• Travel nationwide up to 70%; perform additional environmental projects as assigned.
