Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an Environmental Compliance Inspector to monitor construction activities for permit and regulatory compliance. You will oversee SWPPP implementation, erosion control, and protection of sensitive resources while coordinating with contractors and government inspectors.

Preferred candidates hold a degree in Environmental Science and MPCA stormwater training, with at least five years in environmental management and utilities construction.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• MPCA-approved stormwater training.
• Minimum 5 years in Environmental Management and SWPPP inspection.
• Minimum 5 years in utilities construction industry.
• Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections for compliance with permits and landowner agreements.
• Monitor environmentally sensitive areas and mitigation measures.
• Ensure SWPPP and erosion control compliance across sites.
• Document compliance and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain daily reports and communicate findings to project team.
