Job summary

MDVIP in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Member Enrollment Representative to educate patients, facilitate enrollment, and execute the launch plan for transitioning MDVIP physicians, spending 70–75% of the time embedded in the practice.

You will deliver physician and staff onboarding, host in-person enrollment events, and lead outbound campaigns to achieve aggressive enrollment metrics, while maintaining high-impact, in-person communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Two years of professional experience.
• One year in sales or client-facing roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Comfort with fieldwork and travel (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

• Educate and convert patients by communicating MDVIP’s value proposition, achieving at least 30% engagement-to-enrollment.
• Drive weekly sign-up velocity to meet full panel acquisition by Day 120.
• Deliver physician and staff onboarding that ensures understanding and advocacy of the MDVIP model.
• Own and execute detailed launch plans with precision; escalate risks and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Host in-person enrollment events and deliver outbound calling campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
