Job summary

Blue River Technology is seeking Field Engineer Technicians to support our next generation of smart field machinery. This hands-on role involves data collection, field testing, and direct collaboration with product managers and engineers to translate customer needs into practical field solutions.

You will travel frequently, work outdoors in varied conditions, and engage with growers and operators to troubleshoot and implement fixes on equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in farming or agricultural contexts preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot field equipment.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field data collection for projects with growers and partners.
• Provide in-field engineering support, including testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Interface with product management and engineering to communicate customer needs.
• Perform hands-on setup, maintenance, testing, and customization in the field.
• Track issues from identification to resolution and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Transport and operate field equipment as needed.
