Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree not required.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work at heights.
• Strong hands-on experience using common hand and power tools.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist inspections of fall protection and building access equipment.
• Perform field testing and load testing of roof anchors and lifelines.
• Assist with installation, repair, and retrofit projects for fall protection systems.
• Support site measurements, documentation, and project reporting.
