Job summary

Roche is seeking a Field Engineering Specialist to travel within Central and Northern Wisconsin, performing on-site repair and installation of Roche product lines for laboratory customers. You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and document activity in accordance with quality procedures.

The role requires a technical background, 5+ years of experience in repair or servicing hardware/software (or a relevant degree with 1–2 years), and willingness to travel including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and technical training or equivalent military training or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 1–2 years of progressive repair/maintenance experience if applicable.
• Certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine technical support and on-site service, repair and/or installation of Roche products.
• Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and system failures and documents activity per quality procedures.
• Maintains and continuously improves the quality system and meets quality objectives through daily actions.
