Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 6+ years in the repair/service of shipboard machinery.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of direct report field engineers.
• Coordinating shipment of tools and materials, customer facility access, and project manning for on-site field repair efforts.
• Coordinating support from internal assets to complete repair efforts.
• Field service administrative tasks such as reviewing/approving expense reports and time entry; expanding employee development.
• Hiring and onboarding of new field engineers.
