Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Engineering Intern to join its Water Tech team in Houston, TX. The role offers hands-on exposure to water treatment systems and preventive maintenance planning within a technical service environment.

Selected candidates will help inventory equipment, develop PM plans, and support invoicing tracking. Eligible students must pursue engineering or chemistry degrees and be available full-time for Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in one of the listed engineering fields.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and hands-on skills.
• Full-time availability for Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Generate system drawings and PFDs for manuals and proposals.
• Monitor process equipment performance through online tools.
• Assist in completing monthly reporting requirements.
• Perform field checks on flows, pH, conductivity, residuals.
• Collaborate with supervision on equipment optimization.
