The position emphasizes statistical reporting, database maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration to meet deadlines and goals within Technical Services and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in public administration, business administration, management, or related field.
• One year of professional public or business administration experience.
• Education/experience may be substituted per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides complex administrative services for a department or program.
• Prepares work unit budgets and analyzes expenditures.
• Develops, maintains and analyzes databases for reporting.
• Monitors agreements, contracts, and IGA compliance.
• Responds to public inquiries and informs management of issues.
• Represents the work unit at meetings and committees.
