Qualifications

• Associate’s degree as required and one year of professional experience in public or business administration documented.
• Or one year with Pima County as Administrative Specialist I or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Field Engineering Manager, Supervisory, Inspection and Blue Stake staff with reports and work orders.
• Processes purchase orders and timely invoice payments for the unit.
• Prepares budgets, conducts cost and statistical analyses, and generates reports.
• Maintains databases and spreadsheets and supports service requests.
• Represents the work unit at meetings and assists with policy compliance.

Education

Associate’s degree in public administration, business administration, management, or related field

One year of professional experience in public or business administration
