The successful candidate will perform field tasks assigned by the Project Superintendent and Craft Foreman, supporting layout, documentation, and coordination of field activities. Responsibilities include assisting with structure layout, procurement, planning, logs, RFIs, shop drawings, and O&M material, while maintaining progress and ensuring

Qualifications

• Surveying and layout experience.
• Strong technical writing ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with structure layout and field tasks.
• Handle field purchase orders and assist in planning construction.
• Maintain and update project logs and schedules; prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Identify need for RFIs and manage document distribution and meeting minutes.
