Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to maintain POS, broadband, PC and telephone system hardware across restaurants in the Wake County, NC region.

The role requires on-site presence and occasional weekend support to keep restaurant operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate lives near Wake County and is ready to handle hardware upgrades, installations, and emergency repairs while representing the company’s commitments to service and quality.

Qualifications

• Must live in or near Wake County, NC area.
• Experience with restaurant hardware and networking is a plus.
• Willingness to provide on-call weekend support.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware maintenance for POS, broadband, PC and telephone systems in restaurants.
• Provide weekend support as scheduled.
• Transport equipment and parts; maintain inventory for repairs.
• Perform system upgrades and modifications as required.
• Assist during staffing shortages, rollouts, emergencies or training.
