Responsibilities

• Managing office and field duties to support project requirements and track data.
• Assisting with scheduling and planning activities.
• Preparing cost and time estimates to meet budgets and deadlines.
• Performing quantity take-offs.
• Preparing and managing submittals.
• Assisting surveying and layout activities.
• Tracking quantities, production rates, and project costs.
• Identifying design vs field discrepancies and proposing solutions.
• Coordinating with third-party utilities to locate utilities before construction begins.
• Supporting teams with additional duties as assigned.
