Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project scheduling and planning activities.
• Prepare cost and time estimates to help meet project budgets and deadlines.
• Perform quantity take-offs.
• Prepare and manage submittals.
• Assist with surveying and layout activities.
• Track job quantities, production rates, and project costs.
• Identify discrepancies between design plans and field conditions and communicate solutions.
• Coordinate with third‑party utility providers to ensure utilities are properly identified and located before construction activities begin.
