Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support project teams to ensure work is safe, efficient, and per plans.
• Assist with project scheduling and planning activities.
• Prepare cost and time estimates to meet budgets and deadlines.
• Perform quantity take-offs and manage submittals.
• Assist with surveying and layout activities.
• Track quantities, production rates, and project costs.
• Identify discrepancies between designs and field conditions and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with third-party utilities to locate utilities before construction.
