Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an entry-level Field Engineer to support solar and BESS construction projects across the United States. The role collaborates with Project Engineers, Managers and Superintendents to execute assigned scopes from preconstruction through project handoff.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate in construction management or engineering, with internship experience and strong math, reading IFC drawings, and proficiency in Acumatica, MS Project, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or student in final year with graduation date by June 2027.
• Internship in construction, engineering, or renewables preferred.
• Basic knowledge of project management and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents in all construction aspects for solar/BESS projects.
• Partner with project team to emphasize safety, quality and communication.
• Coordinate project activities under the Superintendent's oversight.
• Support administration to ensure design, budget and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate supplier and subcontractor progress and RFI/Submittal processes.
