Eagle Eye Electric, LLC is seeking a Field Engineer – Assistant QC in St. Louis, MO to support project execution, quality control, procurement and safety on federal construction programs.

The role requires 8–10 years of related experience, strong coordination skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam. You will work under the project leadership to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to UFC/contract documents.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in similar positions
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Ability to take ownership of projects and drive results
• Ability to anticipate problems before schedule or budget impacts
• Strong communication with project teams and subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with schedules and sequencing of construction trades
• Assist Superintendent with look-ahead schedules and coordination with subcontractors and government reps
• Prepare meeting agendas, follow-up and minutes
• Monitor progress and identify potential schedule impacts
• Review drawings, specs and contract docs with subcontractors
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment for project execution
• Support project turnover and closeout activities
• Assist in maintaining daily reports and field records
• Lead safety practices and ensure OSHA compliance
• Build relationships with QA personnel, subcontractors and government managers
