Job summary

Vision Electric & Systems is an electrical contractor based in O’Fallon, Missouri. We are seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead the quality control program, oversee all documentation, and coordinate inspections with project teams to ensure a quality product.

The role requires managing on-site quality teams, coordinating standards, and communicating best practices to stakeholders. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in construction with increasing responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track inspections from preparatory to follow-up.
• Lead weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide reports.
• Provide status updates and recommendations to executive management.
• Manage on-site quality teams.
• Identify applicable standards and procedures for tasks.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and documentation.
