Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in similar positions preferred.
• Valid U.S. Citizenship and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Completion of a 10-hour OSHA Construction Safety Course is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with schedules and sequencing of multiple levee repair/restoration sites.
• Assist the Superintendent with look-ahead schedules for coordination with subcontractors and government representatives.
• Prepare meeting agendas, follow-ups and minutes; document actions.
• Monitor progress and flag schedule impacts early.
• Review drawings, specs and contracts with subcontractors.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment for efficient execution.
• Support turnover and closeout activities.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
