The Role:
As a Field Engineer for the Operations department, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of complex technical systems and equipment deployed at various customer sites. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving dynamic technical issues promptly. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
The Field Engineer role is fully remote and may require up to 80% travel.
