Job summary

Okland Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a construction coordination professional to support submittals, RFIs, change orders, and drawing upkeep.

You will assist the project manager and superintendent with subcontract and schedule administration, layout verification, and quality control across active jobsites. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus experience with Procore or similar construction management software, is required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction management and/or four years of experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook and Procore.
• Experience with field documentation, cost reporting, and schedule coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Surveying & layout support using GPS and total stations.
• Maintain field documentation including daily reports and QC checklists.
• Assist project manager and superintendent with subcontract and schedule administration.
• Review plans and specs to support crews and ensure accurate formwork and elevations.
• Coordinate communication in meetings and with staff and subcontractors.
• Utilize BIM models and digital documentation systems for project coordination.
