Job summary

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings.
• Experience in project management, estimating, and cost control.
• On-site supervision and coordination with trades.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project management rotation, providing technical support to project teams and field supervisors.
• Assist in on-site supervision of subcontractors and craft workers.
• Assist in gathering, calculating, and compiling data for bid proposals and estimates.
• Process submittals, shop drawings, permits, and RFI logs.
• Maintain safety compliance and ensure work aligns with plans and specs.
