Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the field can substitute for educational requirements.
• Clear communication with supervisors, clients, and vendors is necessary.
• Candidate may be required to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities at assigned sites.
• Review specifications and ensure construction progress.
• Work with vendors to schedule on-time deliveries.
• Prepare itemized lists based on material needs.
• Analyze blueprints and prepare for construction bids.

Skills

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Computer skills (experience with Primavera and Expedition)

Mathematics at the college level

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Education

Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Construction Management degree
