Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to join our national mission critical sector team in Milwaukee. The role requires 1+ years of construction management experience to support Superintendents and Project Managers in project completion.

You will assist with field support, takeoffs, scheduling, safety enforcement, and coordination of subcontractors on active projects. The position requires travel and collaboration within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction related field.
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively within a team.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Field support staff.
• Estimating and quantity take off.
• On-site material and equipment inventory.
• Monitor and update schedules.
• Jobsite safety and enforcement.
• Maintain assigned subcontracts.
• Manage subcontractor schedule relative to material deliveries and subcontractor manpower.
• Monitor quality control.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
