Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Field Engineer in Milwaukee to support the project team as it completes a designated construction project.

The role reports to the Superintendent, with indirect reporting to the Project Manager, and emphasizes learning field and office operations and their link to the actual build. Responsibilities include shop drawing coordination, office/field support, estimating and takeoffs, material purchases, inventory, schedule monitoring, subcontractor

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required, preferably in construction related field.

Responsibilities

• Shop drawing coordination.
• Office/field support staff.
• Estimating and quantity take off.
• Purchase necessary materials to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain material and equipment inventory at project site.
• Schedule monitoring and updating.
• Monitor assigned subcontracts, subcontractor schedules relative to material deliveries and subcontractor manpower.
• Significant involvement in preparing billings and reviewing invoices.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

Education
