Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of field engineering or construction management experience.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; must be obtained within 6 months of hire; First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical review and implementation of engineering plans ensuring they meet specifications and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with project managers, field staff, superintendents, and subcontractors to address technical issues and keep progress moving.
• Support site inspections and assessments, identify risks, and suggest mitigation strategies.
