• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, design consultants and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily construction site operations and activities.

• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier performance to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe site for all personnel.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to plans.
• Support meetings, logs, and documentation of site progress.
• Facilitate timely delivery and storage of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Identify and report issues or discrepancies to the Project Superintendent promptly.
• Develop quality control corrections in construction management software and MS Office.
• Assist with project schedules and adjust as needed to address project needs.
• Foster relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors on site.
• Demonstrate understanding of construction methods, safety regulations (OSHA), and building codes.
• Read drawings, site plans, and technical drawings.
