The role requires 0–2 years in construction management, proficiency with Salus, PlanGrid, and MS Office, and a valid U.S. driver's license. Full-time, in-office, with potential discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in construction management.
• Proficient with Salus, PlanGrid and MS Office Suite.
• Driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in daily site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to match project specs and schedules.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and company policies on site.
• Perform site inspections for quality and cleanliness.
• Support meetings, logs, and progress documentation.
• Coordinate material delivery and storage to meet timelines.
