The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 1–3 years of field engineering, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, HeavyBid/HeavyJob, MS Project or P6. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil or related field.
• 1–3 years as a Field Engineer in construction.
• Heavy civil/infrastructure experience preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Heavy Bid/Heavy Job, MS Project or P6.

Responsibilities

• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, plans and specs to plan projects.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor.
• Plan and design temporary structures following standards using design tools.
• Compute load and grade requirements and material stress factors.
• Develop work plans and hazard analyses for safe execution.
• Inspect sites to ensure conformance to design and safety.
