Qualifications

• Pursuing Construction Management or Construction Engineering in college or university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with learning new software and construction tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site superintendent and foreman with daily tasks.
• Track quantities and verify material deliveries on projects.
• Help organize materials inventory and site tools.
• Learn site layout, surveys, and basic constructability checks.
• Support RFI writing and documentation processes.
• Coordinate deliveries and communicate progress at meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date daily logs and project records.
• Develop professional communication skills through meetings and email.
