Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior or senior in CM/CE or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to lead when needed and collaborate in teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid solicitation letters to subcontractors.
• Perform quantity take-offs and math tasks.
• Analyze subcontractor bids and determine qualifications.
• Assist with trade scope reviews and recap sheets.
• Draft owner letters and participate in schedule updates.
• Support RFI process and submittals.
• Track punch lists and project closeouts.
• Monitor Cost Control Log and attend PM meetings.
