Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to recognize discrepancies.
• Willingness to grow, develop a career, and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination, technical reviews, safety monitoring, and communication with stakeholders.
• Support a team of construction coworkers on large-scale projects.
• Review and draft technical submittals such as schedules and shop drawings.
• Monitor quality control, safety and environmental programs.
• Assist with contract administration, including budgets and change procedures.
• Assist with material procurement and logistics.
• Help resolve field problems and conflicts with subcontractors and suppliers.
