Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering or related degree
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship for employment to begin or continue employment with our company
• Broad knowledge of project scheduling and cost control; ability to read project drawings and owner specifications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with SureTrak, Hard Dollar, Revit, SAP, Pro Log and/or Primavera P6 is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse team to build, estimate, and schedule mechanical, electrical and heavy industrial systems
• Support administrative and construction activities; review proposals/specifications, drawings; perform material takeoffs and cost estimates
• Learn how to supervise subcontractors and communicate with vendors
• Prepare work plans, assure quality control, manage costs and materials, schedule equipment and safety programs
• Maintain owner relations and contribute to a fast-paced, high-quality construction environment
• This job requires relocation.
