Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering or related degree
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship to begin or continue employment
• Knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and reading specifications/drawings
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with scheduling/estimating tools is a plus
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse team to build, estimate, and schedule mechanical, electrical and heavy industrial systems
• Support administrative and construction activities; review proposals, drawings, takeoffs, and cost estimates; attend pre-bid meetings
• Learn how to supervise subcontractors and communicate with vendors
• Prepare work plans, assure quality control, manage costs/materials, schedule equipment, and support safety programs
• Demonstrate leadership potential in a fast-paced heavy construction environment
• Relocation to project locations may be required
