Job summary

Webber Infrastructure Management, Inc. in San Francisco seeks a Field Engineer to be the liaison between the infrastructure site and the office, supporting the Project Engineer and field team with data, planning and reporting.

This role is field-heavy (75–90%), offering growth in construction management, exposure to SAP/Primavera and ESRI tools, and a path to advance within Ferrovial Webber. You will gather scope, manage schedules, ensure safety, and contribute to project success through timely

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Must have a minimum of one year of experience working with scheduling and/or planning software.
Fluent with ESRI ArcGIS Pro, Survey 123 and Workforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and assist in maintaining contract assets, incorporating data from the planning department and project participants into the overall plan or schedule.
Interact with project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints, and present and analyze schedule reports to meet Webber Infrastructure Management standards.
Meet and develop periodic reporting formats and assist in managing a Scope Change Management system.
Communicate with vendors, track orders and sub-contractor work, and ensure safety and efficiency in all tasks.
