Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a Field Engineer for Webber, a Ferrovial Construction company, to join our on-site team in the United States. The role focuses on linking field operations with the office, supporting the Project Engineer and site personnel with planning, data tracking, and performance analysis.

The position requires at least a year of scheduling/planning software experience and familiarity with SAP, Primavera, Microsoft Projects, and ESRI tools such as ArcGIS Pro, Survey123 and Workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with scheduling/planning software.
• Fluent with ESRI software suite: ArcGIS Pro, Survey 123 and Workforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track project schedules, assets, and planning data to integrate with the overall plan.
• Interact with project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints; analyze and share schedule reports.
• Develop periodic reporting formats and assist in managing a scope change system.
• Coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors; track orders and ensure safety and efficiency on site.
• Support project engineers and site team with data-driven insights and timely communications.
