Job summary

JT4, LLC in Colorado Springs seeks a Field Engineer II to support the installation, testing, and maintenance of electronic equipment and systems. You will perform fundamental field engineering tasks under supervision and assist in preparing reports and technical presentations.

Qualifications include an associate degree in engineering or technical discipline or military training with at least seven years of relevant experience; strong communication and planning skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist higher-level engineers by researching and referencing technical information.

• Perform technical tasks that may be challenging, following standard practices.
• Plan engineering steps and resolve problems using design calculations and tolerance studies.
• Support projects with guidance and prepare design or test documents as needed.
• Prepare, deliver, and submit technical presentations for reviews.
