Qualifications

• 3+ years' construction field experience.
• Experience in engineering and leading engineers.
• Undergraduate degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related.
• Ability to read, analyze and identify discrepancies on plans and documents.
• Ability to access all points of a construction site in varied climates.
• Motivated with initiative and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to ethics and integrity; safety-focused.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Team player who can work independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and specs for field crews and supervision.
• Perform quantity takeoffs by measurements and % completion.
• Assist in work plans, packages, and job safety analyses (JHA).
• Support field surveying, layout, and as-built data collection.
• Assist in labor timesheets, RFIs, and daily reports.
• Coordinate material deliveries and field operations.
• Prepare data for submittals to customers and vendors.
• Support cost reporting and project records.
